“It’s tough to identify all of them, but I believe there to be a chunk of essential traits needed for a relationship with a talent acquisition firm to work right. I believe at the top of this chunk of traits are trust and respect, which I have personally found to be largely, and frustratingly, elusive. It is with genuine feeling that I say Eric has both my trust and respect and I now wouldn’t want it any other way.

See, it’s not that everyone is bad at recruitment, it’s just that he is so good…and that’s really where you will notice it. I’ve found someone that is sharp, fair, and reasonable and isn’t coating anything that would make it otherwise disingenuous. To be sure, I say this from two perspectives; as someone seeking a new opportunity and as someone seeking talent. And I’m not certain I noticed this positive relationship at the start, or perhaps it was after a few interactions, but I eventually developed a new standard for relationships of this sort and Eric makes up a large share of that standard. He’s someone I would send my brother to, or have my father’s business work with (I know, that might sound exaggerated, but my trust and respect are at that level).
